Join us for our monthly Land Use and Housing Committee – Tues, Sept 3 @ the LA River Center and Gardens in the Atrium. 6pm.
The developers of a 55-unit apartment complex on the 3500 block of N Figueroa presented at our last Land Use and Housing committee meeting. They will not be attending future committee meetings, but will attend the next governing board meeting on September 10 at 7:30PM at the Cypress Park Rec Center.

Join us on Saturday, Aug 17, from 10am to 11am (such a small time commitment!) for a pop-up clean-up at the bridge behind the Loreto Street Elementary School. We’re meeting at Cypress Ave and Arroyo Seco. See you there!

Tuesday – July 30 – 6pm – LA River Center in the Atrium
We’ll be discussing poor air quality on Pepper Avenue that is resulting from a business spray painting, a new 55-unit proposed development on Figueroa Street, several community impact statements related to minimum leases, vacancy taxes, and changes to relocation assistance.
We’ve also got a pop-up clean-up coming up soon!
The July 2019 Planning and Land Use Committee Meeting is being rescheduled for July 30. More details to come…
